Constraint & Monthly Workbook


I am new here and have just completed the Stop Overeating course and want this to be my main focus (constraint).

Since I have many urges, thoughts and work to do on this goal, I am not doing the workbook at all, because that would mean doing two things rather than one. Shall I just completely ignore the upcoming months topics until I reach my weight goal?

This is since you are the one recommending constraining to only one goal…
