I’m really struggling to understand the concept of constraint in how it applies in my day to day life.
I understand it completely from an intellectual point of view and want to focus on weight loss.
I am using a protocol and intermittent fasting, and have cut out flour and sugar. I am losing weight consistently.
what does taking massive action and constrain mean now? Consistency in applying this protocol, tweaking it, continuing to intermittent fast are lifelong changes right? I feel safe with this structure and I feel committed to it, as I have been for this month.
I haven’t reached my weight loss goal and believe it will take a few months of consistent action as I have 50 pounds left to lose.
Does constraint mean not starting the thoughts and money module? Working on money would be my next goal, but I haven’t reached my first goal yet.
