Constraint with long term goals

Hello coaches!
I have many goals I want to achieve (lose 10 pounds + professional goals + my 100k impossible goal). They are all long term goals, as I’m not aiming to achieve them in just a few weeks. How do you recommend that I use the principle of constraint? Would you stay focused on just 1 goal at a time, even if it’s a 5 or 6 months goal? Or would you choose to pursue more than one at the same time, because they are long term?
