I’m trying to understand constraint and priorities better. I have 3 priorities – being a great mom, being a good wife, and building a kick-ass coaching business. You mention in the podcast that we should constrain our attention to one thing, and that balance isn’t real.
I’m wondering what this means in practice? How could I prioritize building my coaching business with the other things I value most? Does this mean I need to do the bare minimum for my kids and husband while focusing on my business?
