T- I’m torn between the enjoyment of overeating and over drinking in the evening and wanting to feel fresh and healthy the following morning.
A- Sometimes I do over consume and sometimes I don’t.
R- I continue to swing between indulgence and moderation.
T- I want to eat and drink consistently with moderation.
A- Make a plan and stick to it. Use prefrontal brain rather than primitive brain.
R- To be content in the evening and feel fresh and healthy in the morning.
These are the models I’m working on. Please advise. I need help with the feeling content part in the evening when I don’t over eat and over drink rather than missing the enjoyment/pleasure part.
