I have been in Scholars since September and have been working with Corinne since Marxh. I ha e lost 120 lbs this year. I am mow in a place where i have been maintaining foe about a month. My impossible Goal for 2019 is to lose an additional 113 pounds which would put me at a BMI OF LESS THAN 25.
My question is regarding the worthy fails. Clearly, i have the skills to lose the weight I desire, but also understand that what got me to lose 120 pounds is not going to get me to the next level. What do you consider worthy fails in weight loss?
