I created an intentional model regarding my urge to eat off protocol.

C Urge to eat off protocol
T Imagine how good I will feel if I stick to my protocol
F Excited?
A Allow my urge, stick to the protocol, feel proud for sticking to it, feel amazing
R prove that I feel amazing sticking to the protocol

Some other T lines I was thinking about are: it’s not worth it, this is normal, I can feel urges, this will pass.
