Coping with menopause


Hi. I’m currently navigating through the additional challenges that menopause has brought with it (such as fatigue, sleeplessness, brain fog, memory deterioration, mood swings and the list goes on) – and I’m wondering if you have or are planning to bring your wisdom and insight into a podcast about how to best cope with some of these issues anytime soon? I’ve found applying the model really helps to some degree, and I’m also seeking medical assistance from a hormone support perspective, but some help in adapting and adding some new tools (or sharpening some existing tools) to the toolkit to help move into this new stage of life i think could be really helpful!
