I once watched a live call with Corinne Crabtree (perhaps around 1 year ago?) about one of the tools from the life coach school, and she suggested adding this to the daily thought download practice: something she called the 3-2-1 method or something similar. I’m trying to remember what those three things were, or what call it was I saw her talk about this on. I think it was something like 3 reasons why this goal is important to me, 2 something I can’t remember, and 1 thing I can do today to move closer to said goal. If there’s any way you can help track down this information then that would be much appreciated!
