Counting calories


Can you please explain why Brooke suggests that we don’t count calories? I am just starting out using her method, and I want to avoid overeating or undereating. For the latter, I don’t want to slow down my metabolism.

Will you please explain the reasoning behind not counting calories?

I’d also love to know whether it’s a good idea to keep my protocol the same in terms of what/how much I’m eating each day.
