Cover Emotions?

Hi, I just listened to the live coaching call with Brooke and she mentioned Cover Emotions. How frustration can be a cover for fear for instance.
What are signals that you’re experiencing a cover emotion? How does it show up in the model? Does it show in the A line?

I’d love to learn more about them. Are there podcast episodes or places in the vault I could tune into for more?
