COVID & resilience

Hello,

I m living in Europe and I have trouble managing my thoughts around Covid.
Until now, I was doing quite fine, mostly just worrying for my dad who is 65, a doctor who did not have mask to work.
Today I had a meeting with my colleagues and they heard it will be major lay off in our team soon and that the economy will plummet with no recovery until 2040.
They as well have the assumptions that unemployment money will be reduced because of the massive unemployment which is about to hit us.
I am now extremely worried about the future, what will I do if I get laid off? What if I never find a job again? What if I have to go back to my original country (I do not want to go back)?
How can we stay resilient when everything is collapsing?
Thank you
