Your cream cheese sliver is not a “snack”?

You mention in a behind the scenes from March that you take a sliver of cream cheese (which you said doesn’t affect insulin) if you are hungry and need it to tide you over until your planned meal. Curious how that would not be considered a snack. Is it because it doesn’t raise insulin or because it is planned or only if you really need it to take the edge off. But then you’ve also said we can stand to be hungry–it won’t kill us. This morning I had a sliver of full fat Kerrygold grass-fed cheddar cheese to help with the hunger until I ate lunch. But….there’s that “no snacking ever” thing. 😍
Today was day two of following a protocol for me–so I’m not fat adapted yet and trying to get by on only two meals.

Thanks bunches!
