Creating an Emotion

So as I follow my protocol or sometimes don’t, due to Grab A**ing, I have observed that I feel deserving etc of the “treats”

I want to feel privileged and powerful to follow my protocol.

C- eat food (carrot cake)
T- I deserve this cake it’s Easter
F- enjoyment then regret
A- observing thoughts above and feelings
R- want to change my feeling to power and privilege

C- there is cake on the counter
T – I am powerful and privileged to follow my protocol
F- powerful, special, fortunate
A – follow my protocol
R- achieve my best self.

Can you offer more advice on how to create the feelings above ?
