Creating an R


Can you please help with my R? I kept creating R’s but realizing they were A’s so I kept moving them up.

C: no specific amount of nuts on food protocol
T: I should have wrote the amount so I didn’t eat so many
F: stupid
A: talk negative to self, think I’m failing, don’t learn, don’t move on, don’t make better decisions, stay mad at self, argue with reality.
R: ?
