Creating beliefs on goals which include others


Hi, I’m currently doing the “Believing new things” workbook and wanted to get clarification on if you can create a belief about what someone else’s life will be. Specifically, my husband is currently trying to get a new job and build a new career. I sometimes get anxious due to thoughts that like “he’s never going to get a new job,” or “this new career isn’t going to work out.”

I’d like to believe that it’s all going to work out for him. But I’m conscious that that’s something that’s outside my control, and his life is his responsibility. Also, me having that thought is about my model and I can’t change his thoughts or actions.
