I have been unsuccessful in creating a consistent, healthy daily routine that includes time for meditating/journaling and exercise. I have a regular work schedule (generally 9a-6p) and have been doing great with eating on protocol. But I can’t seem to get in a consistent place with adding these other two pieces into my routine. I am letting myself get stuck with indecision around which type of exercise I should do daily and for how long. Meditating/journaling just gets thrown out in the morning when I am running late. And each day that I don’t do these things I just feel worse.
Any suggestions? I appreciate your help on this!
