Creating Measurable Health Goal


I have a question about how to set a measurable health goal. I’ve been experiencing some brain fog and fatigue for many months now, and I’d like to focus this month on getting rid of it. The problem is, how do I measure it?

Brain fog and fatigue seem pretty subjective. How will I be able to say for sure when I achieve it? I’ve thought about breaking it down into actions that I believe will improve my health.

For example, my goal could be to drink 100oz of water daily, sleep 8 hours at night, eat on protocol every day, exercise for 90 min daily, etc. But this seems like a list of actions, not a result.

Any advice? Thanks!
