creating thoughts that are believable

Dear Brooke, I am growing and learning and enjoying life more and more. I stumbled across a podcast where you created step by step thoughts that were believable. You added “right now I’m thinking ….” and ” ….and it’s okay” at the end of a thought . Then with each step you progressed toward your final goal. You explained how you went through this progression in how you stopped over drinking. I misplaced that podcast and I would love to listen to it again. Could you give me the # or the title? Thank you!
