I just realized that food (everything about it: cooking, eating, planning, shopping) is my creative outlet. This has made food “fun” for me, but it also has kept me from having control around overeating/ over desire for food. I don’t really have a weight issue, but I am tired of the chatter in my head (what do I eat, when, how much, etc). What is the best way to tame the chatter, but still enjoy food the way that it serves me?
