Good Morning Brooke, I am 44 and lost 40 pounds, 20 left to lose. I walk, do pilates and yoga. I lost the 40 pounds since the beginning of the year, but my body shape has drastically changed over the last couple of months. I am noticing deflated body parts and the skin is a bit crepey now. Wanting suggestions on what you used or recommend for this? I figure it will be another year for the skin to tighten up (at least that is what I am reading from google). I love my body!
PS – training for my marathon, I walked 14 miles with so much energy and ease! It took me a minute to realize that I no longer walk carrying 4 bags of groceries any more.
