CTFAR Practice

I’m doing some CTFAR practice from the workbook, and I think I’m getting confused on which of the 5 lines to put a certain statement. The ones I’m getting stuck on the most are ones that involve others. For example, for the statement, “I am mad at him” I put this as a Thought because it refers to not just being mad, but being mad at someone. Is that right? Or would this be a feeling?
Another example is the statement “My kids are mad at me.” I put this as a Thought as well, because we don’t know for sure if the kids are actually mad. Or would this be a Circumstance? If the kids were actually mad at you would that then make it a Circumstance?
