Cultivating Willingness to Allow Urges/Stick to Protocol

Every morning I make a protocol and then every evening I break it. The version of me who is making the protocol feels determined to allow the urges and to stick to the plan because I don’t like the results I’m getting when I go off protocol. But then the version of me at 6pm simply doesn’t care. I’m full of excuses for why it’s totally fine to break my protocol (I’ll start next week, who cares, I just want it, I’m fine at this weight anyway, I don’t want to do the work) and I give in to the urges pretty much every time. I’m feeling lost as to what to try next. How do you WANT to want to allow urges/stick to the protocol?
