Hi!
Can you explain for me what the physiological reason is that urges are so hard to allow when I’ve had a glass of wine? I’m choosing to allow for wine in my protocol on occassion, but often once I’ve had it I go off of my plan. I know this isn’t just me, which is why I’m curious about why this is. Is it because of how alcohol affects the prefrontal cortex? I’m not laying blame for the overeat on the wine, but I’m really curious about the effects of the alcohol on our ability to allow feelings. Thanks!
