I’m looking for feedback on the following model:

C – dad has Parkinson’s, on Saturday he fell in his kitchen and got an abrasion on his head
T – I will be sad if he gets more seriously injured from another fall
F – worried
A – think about him falling, think about how he is being unreasonable for not doing his exercises and taking other actions that might prevent falls, I don’t enjoy my time with him because I’m judging his actions
R – I’m sad now

My first thought was ‘he might fall and get injured’, but I asked myself why that would be a problem and came up with the thought above.
