Daily 10 min. vs. Monday Hour One


What if our calendar is a daily practice instead of once a week? And only plan the next 24 hrs in advance like we do with food protocol? Could this be as effective?

Or even every 48 hrs?

My thought is: It seems like it *could* maybe even be a little more effective as it’s much easier to anticipate random things that could pop up which could result in daily plan being 100% followed versus only 70%.

I’m interested to hear thoughts from a Coach about why it would or wouldn’t be a good option?
