I wanted to ask your advice on planning your day. As an entrepreneur, you schedule your own work. I am constantly amazed at how successful you are at upholding your commitments to yourself. I find that I constantly over schedule my days not leaving time to eat or shower…Even though I do do these things!
Additionally, i know that i am wasting at least an hour if not two picking up unexpected phone calls or checking instagram or the news. Can you talk about how to schedule a chewable amount for a day so that days feel successful as well as how to break the habit of reactive and distractive behavior? What have you found a healthy amount of work is a day?
