Hi Coach Team! I’m doing my thought downloads every day and I’m wanting to see if I can improve my practice. Should the downloads be about a particular topic or just noticing my thoughts at the time? Should I focus on a particular circumstance when I do the downloads? Or perhaps a goal and my thoughts about it? Thanks 🙂
