Daily homework for August

I’ve watched Brooke’s video several times, but I don’t understand the difference between exercise 1. (Brooke summarizes this: “How do I relate my big purpose to today”) and 3. (“Actions today that relate to my purpose”). Brooke’s examples were: 1. She inspired the people she interviewed for a job, and 3. She recorded the videos for SCS, ate healthy, shared her experiences.
All of these examples are actions she took in alignment with her purpose, so what’s the difference in 1 and 3?
Both exercises seem to be about: “What have I done/will do today that relates to my purpose”. Am I missing something?
