What should daily “mind management/thought work” look like?


Hi Brooke-
What would an ideal mental health self care session look like? I schedule time in my day to do “thought work & models”, but there are so many ways to go about it I would love a protocol to follow. Obviously our minds, just like our bodies, are all different but in general there is probably a beneficial format to follow for daily work just as the “no sugar nor flour” protocol is beneficial for every body.
