daily model practice


C: writing daily model practice
T: this is hard
F: discouraged
A: rush through it, give it little thought
R: semi decent models

Obviously I don’t want to feel this way. It leads me to more thoughts of “I’m doing this wrong” “I can’t get specific enough” etc. So where do I go from here…. create a thought ladder, find a new belief, or do I make several models for each individual thought, I feel lost as to where I’m going in this process. Thank you!
