Daily Practice/practising constraint

Hi there coaches, I’m a newbie to SCS but have been listening to Brooke’s podcast for over 2 years and also a student of Kara’s clutch group so I am familiar with the model. I wanted to ask, what’s a good daily practice for modelling? Is it good to set some time to do a thought download every day, and if so, should I just be doing thought downloads on the area that i’m working on? For example, I am primarily focusing on weight loss/stop overeating at the moment, should I be doing a daily practice on JUST this area to keep it simple or should I look to do thought download to unload everything on my mind at a given time?
