In the mornings, I have several things I like to do and want to make a routine of them. I like to start my days with prayer, studying the Bible, doing a thought download/model, writing a letter to my future self, and exercising. I find myself on some days either procrastinating some of them or not doing any and it bothers me. I think sometimes I scroll through my phone and this is buffering isn’t it? (Some days I do get them all done early). Thank you for your help!
