Daily Self-Coaching Work On Impossible Goal


I was wondering about the sort of self-coaching I should do starting January 1st, as I start becoming a person who works on achieving my impossible goal.

I anticipate my lower brain will want none of the work and only the relaxation and fun, so I would like to be prepared with a self-coaching practice to handle that.

I have outlined for my 1st quarter the daily/weekly things I will need to be doing in order to become the person who achieves this goal, but is there anything I should be doing first thing in the morning, the sort of questions that I should present myself in order to prime myself to show up as that person?
