Daily Thought Download


I have a question about the daily thought download process. I find I usually write all the thoughts in my head during my daily thought download. Things such as to-do lists, goals, dreams, etc. Is it ok to write down my daily tasks, appointments, to-do’s? Or is the process primarily for deeper thoughts such as an internal or relationship challenge, personal struggle you’re working on etc. Would love clarification on this… thanks so much!
