Daily Thought Downloads – when I don’t have much to write


Hi Brooke,
Curious if you have some suggestions for when I don’t have that much to write in our daily thought downloads? Sometimes I can’t even come up with a model. I recall before you’ve said “come up with a big goal” that will create feelings that are uncomfortable etc. However, my main goal is weight loss, and I know I’m supposed to stay focused on that. My secondary goal is to become a successful entrepreneur, but I’m trying not to focus on that yet.
Should I go back to prior months and do a TD from my future self or just a positive TD? Other ideas are welcome as I have the desire to get more out of the TDs than I am. I’m really enjoying the daily work!
