I have committed myself to do a thought download everyday for this months, and the results have been amazing when I put down my indulgent or negative thoughts and feelings because I was able to really understand myself. However, sometimes I just have a great day. I don’t really know what to write or put down in my thought download when I am just feeling so happy, especially that this months there is the unintentional thought and intentional thought which I believed that happiness is caused by an intentional thought. So when i encounter days when everything is going great, do I try to find the little negative thoughts and feelings to put them in my models? Please advice.
