Daily weight fluctuation and help deciding what it means


Hi Brooke, my weight has been going down steadily (9 lbs in 2 weeks!)following my protocol of no sugar, fasting until 12 noon (2 cups of coffee with cream allowed)and 2 meals of mainly veggies and protein in my 8 hr eating window. The last couple of days my weight has gone up less than 2 lbs though i have followed my protocol. What is considered normal daily weight fluctuation and when would i consider making a change? Also, very important please help me with thoughts around the scale. For years, i never weighed myself unless i thought the scale eould have “good news.” When you say decide what the number on the scale will mean before you get on it, can you give me some suggestions on thoughts that would help me stay neutral no matter what it says? Thank you
