Quick question about your daily work schedule as a coach. I know you time-block your work … but do you also block time for rest/relaxation during your workday? And, if so, are they big time blocks (like an hour) or small ones (like 10 minute windows)? Also – do you have a set start/stop time for your “work” – or do you just start whenever you’ve set up your first time block and quit when you’ve finished your list? After years of being self-employed, I’m figuring out I need to create some structure to be my most effective – and was wondering what you do. Thanks!
