I’m a pretty fearful person, and I know that. I’m not adventurous and I even get nervous riding in the car (we’re going too fast, we’re going to crash, I’m going to die). I would like to stop being so fearful. I’m wondering where my anxiety ends and true danger begins. Ie: I believe riding in the car without your seatbelt is EXTREMELY dangerous, my boyfriend doesnt’t find it to he a big deal. Who is right? Or are even these so-called “dangerous” situations (legal issues aside) all subjective and in our minds? Should we all work a model to skydive? Thanks!
