I have been working my OverDrinking and I want to get to a place where I have a plan and stick to it…regardless! It is something I am still working on….ugh! Anyhow, can my dare be to have a plan that is less than I normally have and then stick to it? For example, if I normally just drink (no plan), or have a plan for 4 glasses. Can my Dare be a plan of 2 – which seems like a big jump? Can I have a Dare for no drinking during an event? Can I have a the DARES all be structured around this ultimate goal?
