Dear Brooke, my date today is to tell the truth here about something I keep secret, and that thing is how sad I feel a lot of the time. I feel shame for being unhappy when I have so much to be grateful for. I dont want anyone to know how I really feel. Since discovering your work I’ve felt better, more in control.
