I have had a difficult time sticking to a food protocol that I know can help me be at my natural weight (I have done it before).
Today, I am going to dare myself to not eat between meals, and be okay with the urges and hunger that I know will come up.
My body does best when it has about 5-8 hours between meals (and not overeating). I am aiming for 7 hrs between meals today (which I have not been able to accomplish of late).
How can I do this without feeling like I am white knuckling through it?
