Daring myself to stop buffering


Today’s dare is to allow myself to feel anxious instead of buffering through eating when I’m stressed. I normally munch my way through the day. Whenever I feel anxious or feel resistance toward completing a work project, I always get up from my computer, walk to the refrigerator and grab something to eat. So far, so good! I’ve eaten breakfast and haven’t gotten up since, even though I desperately want to! 🙂
