Dark Chocolate

Hi Brooke,

I’ve been no sugar no flour for about three weeks now, and am wondering if there is a brand of dark chocolate you recommend (or that clients like) for an exception eat or for around the time of my period. I know dark chocolate is okay, but some brands still seem to add a lot of junk to their ingredients. Is there anything I can look for to try and get the most “clean” version of dark chocolate? Should it be a certain percentage of dark or exclude any particular ingredients? THANK YOU!
