Dark chocolate


I’ve heard Brooke say that a small amount of dark chocolate is OK in our protocol and can help with cravings for sweet things.
I’d love to understand WHY is dark chocolate OK, what specifically should I be looking for, and how much would be OK. I have a lot of cravings for sweet things after a meal. Is the idea that you use this temporarily to help with cravings and then aim to remove chocolate entirely? Thank you.
