Dating a new person (pt 2)

Thanks for the great coaching. I had a follow up to my original question:
I think I have a pattern of making the people I date responsible for my feelings. How can I learn to stop delegating how I feel to people I date? I often feel so up and down when dating someone new because I feel good when they’re acting one way and bad when they’re acting another way.
Can you point me to some resources for this in the study vault?
