Day 1 allowing urges


I am a weight loss coach and I struggle with allowing urges. I had given up bread and had no desire for bread for the longest time but then I decided to reintroduce it around the pandemic to see if I would gain some weight. It has been more than 5 months now and I still crave for it. I had bread for around a month and I gained some weight. I went back off bread but I still keep craving for it especially post a night shift. I plan to sleep instead of having breakfast but it is like I have no control. I am in maintenance for 2 years now but I think I should be doing what I preach. I don’t fear gaining the weight but it is the principle that I should not be eating off-plan which makes it worse
