Day 6 – Model on Email

One of the thoughts in my thought model today was regarding why I can’t respond to certain emails in my inbox. I can’t find the thought that is leading to me to feel anxious. I feel like there are a few thoughts all combining to lead to the same results. Do I do one model or several ‘chains’ of models?

C: Emails to respond to
T: I need to make this perfect
F: anxious
A: Take a long time to respond
R: Don’t stay in touch with my friends

C: Emails to respond to
T: It’s OK to make mistakes
F: netural
A: respond without procrastinating
R: dont feel guilt

The ITM made me realize that I have more thoughts because my A and R don’t reinforce my thought. How should I figure out what else is buried in this?
