I am committed to losing weight. Now I’m a week in. Hunger and low energy seems to feel more intense now. How do I navigate these feelings? Both seem very hard to deal with and prevent me from doing the work I need to do or being energetic. My best tactic right now is reminding myself that I won’t feel this way forever and that hunger is required for weight loss.
